Dr. Erica Freidman, Chair
Bio
Dr. Erica Friedman is a Professor and Deputy Dean of Medical Education at Sophie Davis School of Biomedical Education/CUNY School of Medicine. Her primary research and academic interests are in improving medical education and improving the quality of patient care. She has received numerous awards for her work in medical education throughout the years and has also served as PI or Co-PI on several grants and contracts seeking to meet goals similar to those proposed in the TREND Partnership. Her role in the TREND Partnership will be to co-chair the Research Education Curriculum and Training (REACT) Core and she will work closely with REACT Core faculty and staff and the TREND advisory committee to effectively meet the educational and training objectives of TREND.
